BENTONVILLE, AR, Sept 24 — Bridges Realty recently welcomed William Morgan as executive broker in its Bentonville office. Morgan brings over 30 years of combined success in commercial and residential real estate, along with a diverse professional background including mortgage brokering, banking, and industrial engineering management in the airline industry.

During Morgan’s real estate career he has represented buyers and sellers in over $250 million in closed transactions. From 1980-1985 he developed, sold, and managed a large apartment complex in Dallas, TX. In 1988 he recorded the highest volume of yearly sales with Marcus & Millichap Commercial Brokerage.
Morgan’s extensive educational background includes a degree in Industrial Engineering from Los Angeles Harbor College, an MBA in Management & Operations from Cambridge University, and certification in Real Estate Management & Development from UCLA. Additionally, he gained leadership experience as Captain in the United States Air Force.
