About Bridges Realty

Bridges Realty was established in 1954 by Shanon Bridges in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Over the years, other members of the family – the Yandells and the Flemings – joined and grew the business, offering residential, commercial, and business brokerage; appraisal and insurance services; and residential and commercial development and construction. In 2009, David Fleming opened our first Northwest Arkansas location in Fayetteville. Just over a year later, he opened a second NWA office in Bentonville.

While our commitment to serving our clients’ varied real estate needs hasn’t changed, today, our chief areas of expertise are 1) helping you buy or sell a home, 2) helping you invest in real estate, and 3) offering professional leasing and management services.
